WHAT’S THE DELIVERY COST?
The delivery costs vary and are shown in connection with the shipping method at the checkout stage.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES?
If your perfume is in stock, it takes about 1-5 days to receive your package within Sweden. Our goal is to ship your purchase the same day you place your order, except for orders made on non-working days. Please note that external factors can affect your delivery time, such as mail handling and holidays.
EU - Products in stock are delivered within 3-6 working days.
Outside the EU - Products in stock are delivered within 3-10 working days.
DHL - Orders shipped using DHL come with a tracking number and are delivered to your local DHL delivery point. DHL will send a delivery notification via text message or e-mail when your package is ready for collection.
To avoid delays and be able to pick up/receive your package, it is important that you fill in your contact information correctly.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
We have several payment options for your convenience.
Card payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express
The amount is withdrawn directly from your account after the order is placed. 25% VAT is included in all prices. No other fees will be added.
Direct payment with your internet bank
The money is withdrawn from your bank account immediately after the order is placed. No cost is added. 25% VAT is included in all prices. No other fees will be added.
Klarna Pay Later, Pay Now or Slice It
This option allows you to receive your order up front and get up to 14 days to pay without any interest and fees, unless otherwise stated. The invoice is sent directly from Klarna together with your package. You can also pay in installments with Klarna, which you can read more about on your accompanying invoice.

WHAT IS CENTRALE PERFUMERÌA FORMENTERA´S RETURN POLICY?
We stand proudly by the quality of all our products. But, if you aren´t satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the product.
You can return your products within 14 days of delivery date as long as the perfume box is not opened and they are in the same condition as you received them.
When using the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for return shipping with a fee of 80 Swedish krona (SEK).
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Your package includes a pre-printed return slip to facilitate return. Pack the product the same way you received it and return it at your postal office. Be sure to save the receipt to track your shipment. You will receive a return confirmation by email when we collect the package. CENTRALE PERFUMERÌA FORMENTERA´s ambition is to process your return within 2-10 days.
