COMPLAINT
The product must be in perfect condition when delivered from us. Should the product be damaged or have any defects upon receipt, contact us within 5 days at hello@centraleperfumeria.com. Enter your order number and the name or article number of the damaged product in your email. Please attach a clear picture of the product and damage, so we can see what happened. CENTRALE PERFUMERÌA FORMENTERA is responsible for defects that existed on the product when you bought it or when it was delivered to you. CENTRALE PERFUMERÌA FORMENTERA is not responsible for errors that you have caused, for example if you have not followed our care instructions or if you have neglected the product.
FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to invoke Force Majeure in situations where this is applicable.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Klarna checkout (installment plan, financing account, invoice, direct payment).Please note that the recipient's name and address must match the card/account holder's name and address. The transfer is done with secure SSL encryption. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details. To shop on our website, you must be 18 years or older or have parental approval. When you make a purchase, you accept our terms of purchase.
PRICES
All prices are stated in Swedish krona (SEK) or in Euro (€), including VAT. The price that applies is what is stated on the website on the day the order is placed.
VAT & CUSTOMS
Swedish VAT of 25% is included in the price for delivery in Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is liable for any customs and VAT fees in accordance with the country's rules.
RETURN POLICY
We stand proudly by the quality of all our products. But, if you aren´t satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the product. Right of withdrawal and right of return is valid for 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you received the product.
The product must be in original condition, i.e. unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for the withdrawal to apply. The product must be received by us within 14 days if you wish to cancel your purchase. Fill in the enclosed return slip, attach order number, name and address. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the shipping fees upon returns. The fee is 80 Swedish krona (SEK).
Exchanges and returns are processed within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days, after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the product. Refund of the order amount is made after approved return. Please contact hello@centraleperfumeria.com before returning a product.
